我们积极、热情地为地方小洗煤厂服务,1992年内先后在申家庄煤矿洗煤厂的3.2m~2活塞跳汰机、三合洗煤厂的2.5m~2侧鼓式跳汰机和俊锋铸造焦厂的3.8m~2三段侧鼓式跳汰机上,成功地实现了排料自动化,取得了非常好的技术经济效果:提高和稳定了产品质量,改善了分选效果,增加了精煤产率。以三合洗煤厂为例,原来人工手动排料时,不但工人体力劳动强度大,矸石排放不均匀、不及时,经常产生压斗子机的事故,而且精煤质量极不稳定,精煤灰分在10%时,波动情况仍十分严重。焦化厂要求精煤灰分在8%以下的指标,根本无法完成。实现排
