为了提高建筑施工现场安全管理水平,有效降低建筑施工现场伤亡事故的发生率,文章在分析海因里希多米诺骨牌理论、现代事故致因链理论及行为安全2~4模型等事故致因理论的基础上,结合八局青岛公司施工现场安全管理的实际情况,提出了一种新型安全管理模式——“一岗多责、监管分离”的全员协同安全管理模式。本文系统分析了该安全管理模式的优势,给出了该安全管理模式的具体应用方法,最后得出“一岗多责、监管分离”的全员协同安全管理模式在建筑领域具有很好的应用及推广价值的结论。
