香港新高中课程于2009年开始实施,至今已有六年,新的中学文凭考试也已举行了三次。在实施过程中,出现了很多的问题。第一届中学文凭考试之后,香港特区政府教育局进行了中期检讨,并提出了一些修改建议及措施。这些修改建议和措施是否能够回应课程实施中的问题呢?本文从课程实施的状况讨论这些修改建议的可行性及不足,并指出香港新高中课程面对着如何解决学生个别差异的问题。如果不从课程设计入手,很难处理好这个限制。那么有哪些可行的办法呢?本文尝试提出新的建议。
The new NSS curriculum has been implemented in 2009 for six years and the new secondary school diploma has been held for three times. In the implementation process, there have been many problems. After the first high school diploma examinations, the Hong Kong SAR Government Education Bureau conducted a mid-term review and proposed some suggestions for changes and measures. Whether these suggestions and measures can respond to the implementation of the curriculum? The paper discusses the feasibility and inadequacies of these suggestions based on the implementation status of the curriculum. It also points out that the new NSS curriculum in Hong Kong faces the problem of how to solve the individual differences among students. If you do not start with the course design, it is difficult to handle this restriction. So what are the possible solutions? This article attempts to make new suggestions.
