舰船产品在海水中的腐蚀过程复杂,腐蚀类型多样,在进行腐蚀计算中,人们往往根据材料的腐蚀率、腐蚀系数来计算,再乘以安全系数,就可得到材料的腐蚀量或腐蚀寿命。事实上,金属表面由于受工艺与加工设备等多种因素的影响,其表面是凸凹不平的,因此其耐腐蚀层的深度是一个随机变量,本文从可靠性角度,将参入计算过程的初始凹坑深度视为随机变量,利用统计方法,对舰船产品在海水中常常发生的点腐蚀形式进行可靠性评估。这种方法更接近实际情况,它使受腐蚀金属材料的设计更趋合理。
