现阶段,社会经济快速发展,也带动了企业各项工作的发展与提升。财务管理作为企业内部的一个关键的部分,对于企业的发展具有十分重要的作用。现今社会的发展极不稳定,企业也面临着巨大的风险和挑战,财务管理工作也要面对更大难题。这就要求企业的财务管理工作要不断的更新,以适应快速发展的社会。但是当前企业财务管理中还存在着一些问题,本文就这些问题进行分析,探究创新企业财务管理的措施。
