目的 探讨鼻咽癌端粒酶活性的相关性 ,提供临床参考。方法 对 84例病理为低分化鳞癌的鼻咽癌患者 ,采用 TRAP银染法进行端粒酶活性检测 ,同时测定 EB病毒 VCA/ Ig A抗体 ,并分析其与临床病理的相关性。结果 鼻咽癌端粒酶阳性率为 86 .7%。伴淋巴结转移者端粒酶阳性率明显高于无淋巴结转移者 (P=0 .0 37) ,临床晚期 ( 、 )端粒酶阳性率高于临床早期 ( 、 ) (P=0 .0 4 2 ) ,而端粒酶与鼻咽癌患者的年龄、性别及远处转移均无明显相关性 (P>0 .0 5 )。VCA/ Ig A抗体阳性的鼻咽癌患者 ,端粒酶阳性率为 85 .6 %。结论 端粒酶活性表达在鼻咽癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。端粒酶活性结合血清 EB病毒的检测对鼻咽癌的早期诊断有一定的临床价值
Objective To investigate the correlation between telomerase activity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and provide clinical reference. Methods Eighty - four patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma were assayed for telomerase activity by TRAP silver staining. The antibody against VCA / IgA of Epstein - Barr virus was also detected and its correlation with clinical pathology was analyzed. Results The positive rate of telomerase in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was 86.7%. The positive rate of telomerase in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis (P = 0.037), and the positive rate of telomerase in late clinical stage was higher than that in early stage (P <0.05) ), While telomerase had no significant correlation with age, sex and distant metastasis of NPC patients (P> 0.05). VCA / Ig A positive antibody in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, telomerase positive rate was 85.6%. Conclusion Telomerase activity plays an important role in the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Detection of telomerase activity combined with serum Epstein-Barr virus has some clinical value in the early diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma
