紧卷罩式退火炉在钢板生产中广泛使用,该炉包括以N2和H2混合气体为保护气体的传统罩式炉和以100%H2作为保护气体的全氢罩式炉。模拟罩式退火温度场对确定和优化钢板的退火制度、预报钢板的机械性能极为重要。本文介绍了影响罩式退火炉效率的因素,并着重论述了钢卷罩式退火的温度场模拟的原理及实现手段。
Tight roll bell annealer is widely used in the production of steel sheet. The furnace includes a traditional bell furnace with N2 and H2 mixed gas as the shielding gas and a full hydrogen bell furnace with 100% H2 as the shielding gas. Simulating the temperature field of the hood annealing is very important for the determination and optimization of the annealing process of the steel plate and the prediction of the mechanical properties of the steel plate. This paper introduces the factors that affect the efficiency of the bell annealing furnace, and emphatically discusses the principle and the means of the temperature field simulation of the coil annealing furnace.
