In order to investigate the effects of feed oxidized fish oil on the structure and function of liver and pancreas in Ctenopharyngodon idellus, the effects of dietary supplementation of fish oil (6F), soybean oil (6S), 2 (4S2OF), 4% oxidized fish oil (2S4OF) and 6% oxidized fish oil (6OF) were used to culture the semi-purified feedstuffs in pond cages for 72 days. The results showed that oxidized fish oil significantly increased the contents of ALB, GLB, MDA and GSH (P <0.05), and significantly reduced the content of GSH and SOD in hepatopancreas (P <0.05); oxidized fish oil significantly increased hepatopancreas index and liver (P <0.05). The content of TG was significantly increased in grass carp (P <0.05) and HDL / LDL was significantly decreased (P <0.05). The oxidized fish oil increased the content of TC in serum and hepatopancreas significantly (P <0.05) ), Serum TBA decreased significantly (P <0.05), liver and pancreas TBA increased significantly (P <0.05); oxidized fish oil can cause grass carp fatty liver, liver and pancreatic cell mitochondria damage, and lead to hepatocellular and pancreatic fibrosis and tissue atrophy . The results showed that dietary supplementation of fish oil oxidized grass carp could induce oxidative stress and reduce the antioxidant capacity of liver and pancreas of grass carp; disrupt the fat metabolism of liver and pancreas of grass carp and cause fatty liver; influence the hepatic and intestine circulation of bile acid, Accumulate, and damage the hepatopancreas mitochondria, eventually increasing the incidence of steatohepatitis in steatohepatitis.
