供销合作社的改革;已经取得了长足进展。自1982年以来,围绕官办改民办、全民改集体这个总的改革方向迈出了三步:第一,恢复“三性”,初步改善了同农民的关系,第二,行实“五突破”,扩大了供销社企业自主权,第三,逐步建立和完善为农民生产服务的体系,把工作重点转移到为农村商品经济服务上来。这三步改革,反映了供销社改革逐步深入的过程,推动了供销社走向市场、参与竞争,加强了供销合作社在农村商品流通中的主渠道地
The reform of supply and marketing cooperatives has made great progress. Since 1982, three steps have been taken in the general direction of the reform of the government-run, private-run, and collective-accommodation collective: First, restore the “three properties”, initially improve relations with farmers, and second, implement “five breakthroughs”. It expanded the autonomy of enterprises in supply and marketing cooperatives. Third, it gradually established and improved the system of production and service for farmers, and shifted its focus to serving the rural commodity economy. These three-step reforms reflect the gradual deepening of the reform of supply and marketing cooperatives, promote the supply and marketing cooperatives to go to market, participate in competition, and strengthen the main channels for supply and marketing cooperatives in rural commodity circulation.
