手术治疗是目前治疗胃癌的主要方法,也是可能治愈进展期胃癌的手段。因此对胃癌应采取积极的态度。本院于2001年3月～2004年1月共手术治疗胃癌123例,术前、术后诊断为进展期胃癌。其中76例行胃癌根治或胃癌扩大根治,行胃癌根治的49例,胃癌扩大根治27例,术后早期均行腹腔内化疗。效果满意。现报告如下。
Surgical treatment is currently the main method of treatment of gastric cancer, but also may cure advanced gastric cancer means. Therefore, gastric cancer should take a positive attitude.
