本文通过对北京市消费者认证蔬菜支付意愿的调查,依据消费行为模型,实证分析了“三鹿”认证奶粉事件对认证蔬菜支付意愿的影响。结果表明,“三鹿”认证奶粉事件降低了消费者对认证蔬菜的支付意愿。为了减弱“三鹿”认证奶粉事件对认证食品产业的影响,建议加大绿色消费文化宣传,重视食品质量安全大众教育,完善认证监管机制,加强对认证机构的追溯与监管,提高认证监管效率。
Based on the investigation of consumer willingness to pay for vegetables certified in Beijing and based on the model of consumer behavior, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of “Sanlu ” certification milk powder incident on the willingness to pay for certified vegetables. The results show that the “Sanlu” certification milk powder incident reduces consumer willingness to pay for certified vegetables. In order to weaken the impact of the “Sanlu” certification milk powder incident on the certified food industry, it is proposed to increase public awareness of green consumer culture, attach importance to food quality, safety and public education, improve the regulatory mechanism for certification, strengthen the tracking and regulation of certification bodies and enhance the certification and supervision effectiveness.
