本刊编委上海动植物检疫所曲能治所长最近向本刊投稿发表了他对我国植检工作的一些想法。他不隐讳自己的观点,是发人深思的直言快语。他的文章中反映的某些问题实际上也是我国植物检疫界所普遍关心的一些重要问题,既是热点问题,又是难点问题,即实际工作中长期形成的所谓“老大难”问题。人们有的对这些问题禁若寒蝉,有的对于能否解决这此问题已失去信心,有的认为尚不到“火候”。本期发表这篇文章,以期引起探讨和讨论,甚至争论,本刊不准备对这些问题做出什么结论,怎样认识,读者可以自然做出自己的结论。有关部门的领导或决定政策的负责人员,可以吸取或参照其中某些合理的意见,做出适当处理。本刊仅不过提供一个小小的园地——“大家谈”栏目,发表一些读者呼声。本类稿件实际上就是本刊“探讨与建议”栏目所派生出的一个小的特定的“分号”罢了。希望“大家谈”。
