在党的十八大报告中明确指出:要努力办好人民满意的教育.全面实施素质教育,深化教育领域综合改革,着力提高教育质量,培养学生创新精神.要实现这一目标,教师应转变观念.在教育教学过程中激发学生的创新意识,培养学生的创新精神,提高学生的创新能力.创新教育的实质就是以培养学生的创新精神和创新能力为基本价值取向,核心是创新精神的培养,这就导致在教学过程中,师生的地位、角色、课堂教学的模式均要发生变化.教师要变成课堂教学的设计者、引导者、合作者、参与者,改变以“传道、授业、解惑”为主要角色的课堂模式.下面我就如何在数学教学中培养学生的创新精神,谈谈自己的认识.
