15(R,S)-甲基前列腺素F_(2α)(以下称15甲PGF_(2α))为前列腺素F_(2α)的衍生物,我国合成后试用于临床早期引产,获得较好的效果;在畜牧业中,尚可用于同步发情等。鉴于15甲PGF_(2α)合成路线较长,成本较高,常量分析方法不宜采用。为有效控制其质量,需建立精确简便的含量测定方法。由于本品结构〔图1〕中缺乏π-π共轭体系或n-π共轭体系,故在近紫外区无吸收峰,不能直接测定。我们发现,本品在酸性介质(水或醇溶液)中加热,会发生反应,其产物在2391±nm 处有强吸收峰〔图2〕,可用于含量测定。紫外分光光度计目前已趋普及,此法用于常规质量控制,可满足精确、简便的要求.
15 (R, S) -methyl prostaglandin F_ (2α) (hereinafter referred to as 15 A PGF_ (2α)) is a derivative of prostaglandin F_ (2α). In animal husbandry, can still be used to synchronize estrus and so on. In view of 15 A PGF_ (2α) long synthetic route, higher cost, the method of constant analysis should not be used. In order to effectively control its quality, it is necessary to establish a precise and convenient method for determination of content. Due to the lack of π-π conjugated system or n-π conjugated system in the structure of this product [Fig. 1], there is no absorption peak in the near ultraviolet region and can not be measured directly. We found that this product is heated in an acidic medium (water or alcohol solution), the reaction occurs, the product has a strong absorption peak at 2391 ± nm 〔Figure 2〕, can be used for the determination of content. UV spectrophotometer has become popular now, this method is used for routine quality control, to meet the precise and easy requirements.
