目的:探讨硫酸亚铁、氟化钠混合液对碳酸饮料引起的乳牙釉质脱矿的抑制作用。方法:采用拔除的滞留乳磨牙制成牙釉质块,将釉质块依次浸泡在1-6号含有1 mL雪碧的微量离心管中,观察测定每个微量离心管中磷的溶出度。实验分为对照组、实验组(将釉质块浸泡在铁氟混合溶液中30 min后再进入微量离心管),每组15个乳牙釉质块。结果:实验组与对照组相比较,前三个相对应号码之间的离心管中磷离子的溶出度较低,有显著性差异(P<0.05),后三个相对应号码之间的离心管中磷离子的溶出度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:应用硫酸亚铁、氟化钠混合液可降低碳酸饮料对乳牙釉质的脱矿,随着时间延长,抑制脱矿效果逐渐降低。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of ferrous sulfate and sodium fluoride mixture on enamel demineralization induced by carbonated beverages. Methods: The enamel lumps were made by using the deciduous molars. The enamel lumps were immersed in microcentrifuge tubes containing 1 mL of Sprite in sequence. The dissolution rate of phosphorus in each microcentrifuge tube was observed. The experiment was divided into the control group and the experimental group (enamel blocks immersed in iron-fluorine mixed solution for 30 min before entering the microcentrifuge tube), 15 enamel blocks in each group. Results: Compared with the control group, the dissolution rate of phosphorus in the centrifuge tube of the first three corresponding numbers was significantly lower (P <0.05), and the centrifuge between the last three corresponding numbers Phosphorus dissolution in the tube no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The application of ferrous sulphate and sodium fluoride mixture can reduce the demineralization of deciduous enamel with carbonated beverage. With the prolongation of time, the effect of demineralization is gradually reduced.
