电力行业与我国的国计民生有着紧密的联系,在国民经济中占据着主导地位。财务管理是企业管理的重点内容,起到较为关键的作用。财务决算,是我国企业年度经营结果的综合性体现,其具体反映了我国企业财务管理质量、收支具体状况以及企业整体经济效益。在我国电力企业整体改革的大背景下,企业的运营状况、运作方式以及发展前景等都应以财务决算为基础进行。现阶段由于我国电力企业改革起步较晚,现代化管理机制发展脚步完善,仍然存在着较多问题,需要进一步解决。
The power industry has close ties with the national economy and the people’s livelihood in our country and occupies the leading position in the national economy. Financial management is the focus of business management, play a more crucial role. Financial statements are the comprehensive manifestation of the annual business results of our country’s enterprises. They specifically reflect the quality of financial management in our country, the specific conditions of revenues and expenditures, and the overall economic benefits of enterprises. Under the background of the overall reform of China’s electric power enterprises, the operation status, operation mode and development prospect of the enterprises should all be based on the financial accounts. At the present stage, due to the late start of the reform of China’s electric power enterprises and the improvement of the modern management mechanism, there are still many problems that need to be solved further.
