我国的城市建设正在快速的发展着,高层建筑已经成为了城市中的主要建筑。而大部分的高层建筑物都要求有更多元化的功能和用途。不同的高层建筑物,对于功能的要求也是不一样的,这对建筑物的结构等也就提出了不一样的要求。想要达到这种在建筑物结构上面的转化的目的,就出现了转换层。在大部分的高层建筑中,梁式转换层受到了广泛的应用。因为梁式能够更好的弥补高层建筑中在竖向结构上出现的不连续的缺点。当前,虽然梁式转换层在我国的高层建筑物上应用的比较多,对其施工技术和应用也做了很多的研究,但是在整体上来说,还是存在一些问题的。本文主要就是对高层建筑中钢筋混凝土梁式转换层的施工技术进行了研究,能够为将来的梁式转换层施工带来一些技术上的指导,也能够积累一些经验,提高梁式转换层的应用和推广。文中主要介绍了梁式转换层的结构形式和受力情况,并且对梁式转换层的钢筋混凝土施工进行了介绍。
