1 病例介绍 患者女性,32岁,近1个月来失眠、猜疑、毁物、伤人、病情反复发作。断续服氯丙嗪等药13年,病情时好时犯。近来上述病情加重,于1997年12月16日入院。查体:生命体征正常,心肺(一)、肝脾肋下未触及,肾区无压痛及叩击痛。专科情况:神经系统无定位体征。精神检查:情感淡漠,有时兴奋躁动,思维联想散漫、幻听、无自知力。血常规:肝功、肾
1 case description Female patients, 32 years old, nearly 1 month to insomnia, suspicion, destruction of things, wounding, recurrent illness. Intermittent service chlorpromazine and other drugs for 13 years, when the condition is good to make. Recently, the above condition worsened and was admitted on December 16, 1997. Physical examination: vital signs normal, cardiopulmonary (a), liver and spleen ribs did not touch the kidney area without tenderness and percussion pain. Specialties: Nervous system no signs of orientation.
