首次对我国主要养殖海藻中的总铝含量进行调查,结果显示海藻中总铝含量差异很大,含量在53.2~2714.6 mg/kg,其中坛紫菜中总铝含量最高。利用连续平衡静态浸提法研究了海带和紫菜中铝的化学形态。研究结果表明,海藻中铝存在多种形态,主要以稳定的、不易被生物体吸收的有机铝(AlONL)形态存在,占总铝的82.0%~87.6%,而毒性较高的无机态铝含量很低,占3.75%~4.94%。本实验进一步证明,以总铝含量作为评价海藻铝食用安全的评价标准具有一定局限性,亟需针对不同形态铝建立不同限量标准,对海藻及其制品进行科学的食用安全评价,以保障海藻产业顺利发展。
For the first time, the total aluminum content in the main cultured seaweed in China was investigated. The results showed that the total aluminum content in seaweed varied widely, ranging from 53.2 to 2714.6 mg / kg, with the highest content of total aluminum in seaweed.
