维护食品药品安全是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要体现,构建顺畅的食品药品行政执法与刑事司法衔接机制是中央全面深化改革的重要内容。2015年12月22日,公安部、国家食品药品监管总局、最高人民检察院、最高人民法院、国务院食品安全委员会办公室联合印发了《食品药品行政执法与刑事司法衔接工作办法》,并自发布之日起施行。
