所谓习惯,是指不断重复或练习而形成的固定化的行为方式,它是在人的生活、学习过程中逐渐形成的。一个人一旦形成了良好的习惯,他的学习、生活、工作效率就会提高。研究表明,3至12岁是形成良好习惯的关键期。因此,孩子良好的习惯就要从小培养,从幼儿阶段抓起,才能使孩子从小就养成良好的习惯。1.从家庭教育入手。家庭对人的习惯的影响最早、最持久,习惯更容易在家庭中传递。因此,家庭成员应有良好的价值取向、道德品格、情感志趣和生活方式;在家庭环境建设和衣食住行上也应有良好的安排。以良好的家庭文化环境对孩子进行全方位的影响,尤其是父母,要以自己良好的言谈举止
