我厂从一九七二年开始试验和应用七○砂。在应用过程中,七○砂保存住不好的问题给造型作业带来了困难。今年随着全部采用七○砂,保存性不好的矛盾更加突出。为提高七○砂的保存性,我们曾学习戚墅堰机车车辆工厂的调浆法,但因我们使用的膨润土中氧化钙含量很高(>3%),收效不甚显著。同时调浆法在操作上确有一定困难,未用于生产。为了寻找改善七○砂保存性的新途径,我们做了一些试验,找到了一种改善型砂保存性的简单易行的方法,在生产实践中收到良好效果。现介绍如下:
Our factory has been testing and applying 70 sand since 1972. In the process of application, the problem of keeping bad sand in the sand brought difficulties to the modeling work. This year with all the use of sand 70, poor preservation of the contradictions even more prominent. In order to improve the preservability of QSO, we learned about the QA method at Qishuyan Rolling Stock Works. However, because of the high content of calcium oxide (> 3%) in bentonite we used, the effect was not so pronounced. At the same time, there is some difficulty in the operation of the slurrying method, which is not used in the production. In an effort to find new ways to improve the shelf life of Se-7 sand, we conducted a number of experiments and found an easy way to improve the conservation of sand, with good results in production practice.
