小学数学实践操作以学生主体活动为主要形式,是发挥学生主体意识,培养学生主动探索以提高实践能力和创新能力的重要途径,也是促进学生整体素质全面提高的一种教学形式。目前在数学教学中引导学生进行实践操作,还不同程度地存在着目的性不强、流于形式、思维含量不足、数学本质不够突出等低效现象。为此教师应增强给学生实践操作的目标意识,让学生通过观察、分析、合作、猜测等方式自己发现问题,并创造性地解决问题,从而充分发挥每个学生的潜能,培养学生的数学能力。
