进行现场勘查、实验室工作中,会遭到多种接触、粘附、辐射导致的职业暴露损害。目前,基层刑事技术人员承担了大量的勘查、化验工作,却缺少防护装备、防护意识。佩戴适当的防护装备,加强人员训练,制定得当的程序规范,可以对职业暴露的发生起到预防作用,而合理的处置措施,可以减少人员损伤,提高证据获取能力。合适的预防处置措施也能加强证据在诉讼活动中的证明力。作者从暴露途径、预防及处置三个方面进行了综述,对基层刑事技术人员具有一定的参考意义。
Conducting on-site exploration, laboratory work, will be exposed to a variety of exposure, adhesion, radiation exposure caused by occupational damage. At present, criminal and technical personnel at the grass-roots level have undertaken a large amount of exploration and laboratory work, but they lack awareness of protective equipment and protection. Appropriate protective equipment, personnel training, and well-established procedural norms can prevent the occurrence of occupational exposure. Reasonable measures can reduce injuries and increase the ability to obtain evidence. Proper measures of prevention and control can also increase the burden of proof in litigation activities. The author summarizes three ways of exposure, prevention and disposal, and has certain reference meaning to criminal criminal technicians at grassroots level.
