目的研究岳西县城关地区幼儿园所入学前儿童生长发育及营养状况,保障儿童身心健康,同时为日后进行有效的幼儿园儿童保健提供有效的科学根据。方法 2015年8月份我院对岳西城关地区幼儿园所入学前儿童进行健康体检,测量儿童身高、体重等,同时对儿童视力龋齿及血红蛋白水平进行检查。结果本次岳西县城关地区有10所幼儿园所1017名学龄前儿童入学,年龄别体重(WAZ),年龄别身高(HAZ)都达到了中等以发育水平,百分率分别为84.6%和78.9%,低体重长生迟缓,肥胖发生率分别为1.35%、1.8%、3.25%;超重:13.93%;消瘦0.85%;贫血为9.70%,屈光不正为2.26%;龋齿25.7%;萌牙过迟1.3%。结论岳西县城关地区学龄儿童生长发育状况良好,应协调有关保健部门、托幼机构及家长三者之间的工作,重点加强儿童常见的及多发病的预防与管理,进一步提高本地区儿童健康水平。
Objective To study the growth and nutritional status of preschool children in kindergartens in Chengguan district of Yuexi county and to ensure the physical and mental health of children and to provide an effective scientific basis for effective kindergarten child health care in the future. Methods In August 2015, our hospital conducted a physical examination of preschool children in the Kindergarten in the Yuexi Chengguan area, and measured the height and weight of the children. At the same time, we examined the children’s visual acuity and hemoglobin levels. Results A total of 1017 pre-school children from 10 kindergartens in Chengguan district of Yuexi county were enrolled in this study. Their WAZ and HAZ reached the medium level of development with a percentage of 84.6% and 78.9%, respectively. Low birth weight and low birth weight were slow and the incidence of obesity was 1.35%, 1.8% and 3.25% respectively; overweight: 13.93%; wasting 0.85%; anemia 9.70%, refractive error 2.26%; dental caries 25.7% . Conclusion The school-age children in Chengguan district of Yuexi County have good growth and development. They should coordinate the work among the health departments, nurseries and kindergartens and their parents, and focus on prevention and management of children’s common and frequently-occurring diseases so as to further improve the health of children in this area Level.
