为了保证锅炉压力容器的安全运行,有必要对其可能出现或已经出现的故障与事故进行正确的诊断。故障是指设备或系统丧失其规定功能的状态或现象。而事故则是由“故障引起的人身伤亡和物质财富的损毁”。设备诊断的方法大体可分为两类;一类是故障检出技术;另一类是故障识别技术。前者比较典型的有无损检测技术、振动测量技术、信号处理技术、泄漏检测技术、腐蚀诊新技术、热成像技术等;后者比较典型的是断口技
In order to ensure the safe operation of the boiler and pressure vessel, it is necessary to correctly diagnose the faults and accidents that may occur or have occurred. A fault is the condition or phenomenon by which a device or system loses its required function.
