只在自然条件下做试验,要想详细了解大气腐蚀几乎是不可能的,因此在试验室里对防蚀过程的机理和动力学理论评价,是极为重要的。在试验室里按不同程度的几个主要气象条件进行试验,同时也可按需要选择的这些因素。目前,关于大气腐蚀的实验研究现状(模拟气象条件,重复性,控制系统和调节系统)不仅对工程实际而且对理论实验工作都是不能满足的。本文创造了一个通用的金属大气腐蚀的实验装置。
It is almost impossible to understand atmospheric corrosion in detail only under natural conditions. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate the mechanism and kinetic theory of corrosion prevention in the laboratory. In the laboratory according to different levels of several major weather conditions for testing, but also can be selected according to need these factors. At present, the status quo of experimental research on atmospheric corrosion (simulating meteorological conditions, repeatability, control systems and regulating systems) is not only unsatisfactory for engineering practice but also for theoretical experimental work. This article created a common experimental apparatus for atmospheric corrosion of metals.
