本文主要采用文献资料法和调查法研究了中学短跑教学的现状,分析了短跑教学存在的问题:短跑教学中的兴趣问题、短跑教学内容陈旧、考试评价标准规则化、教学方法简单,缺乏创新,教学组织形式呆板单一、对短跑运动技术的实用价值产生怀疑、教师的专业思想和专业水平存在的问题,并提出如下建议:教学内容的改革、考试评价制度的改革、发挥多种教法的应用作用、短跑练习的实用价值、稳定教师队伍,提高教师自身的素质和能力,与大家探讨。
