目的研究海绵polymistiaspongia提取物aldisin的抗脂质过氧化及清除自由基作用。方法采用MDA-TBA比色法测定组织匀浆中过氧化脂质(LPO)含量;采用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定aldisin对O·2自由基的清除作用;采用分光光度法测定aldisin对Cu2+-VitC体系产生的·OH自由基的清除作用;采用ESR法测定aldisin对DPPH自由基的清除作用。结果aldisin具有显著的抗脂质过氧化作用,并能有效地清除O·2、·OH和DPPH自由基,在0.426μmol·L-1~18.5mmol·L-1浓度范围内有明显的量效关系。结论aldisin是自由基清除剂。
Objective To study the anti-lipid peroxidation and free radical scavenging effects of sponge polymistiaspongia extract aldisin. Methods The content of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in tissue homogenate was determined by MDA-TBA colorimetric assay. The scavenging effect of aldisin on O · 2 free radical was measured by pyrogallol autoxidation method. The effect of aldisin on Cu2 + -VitC system · OH radical scavenging effect; ESR determination of aldisin DPPH free radical scavenging effect. Results aldisin had significant anti-lipid peroxidation and was able to effectively scavenge O · 2, · OH and DPPH free radicals. In the concentration range of 0.426μmol·L-1 ~ 18.5mmol·L-1, aldisin had significant Quantitative effect relationship. Conclusion aldisin is a free radical scavenger.
