采用金属诱导化学镀法制备了NiCoB/TiO_2非晶态合金催化剂,用XRD、SEM、EDS、ICP和XPS对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:NiCoB以非晶态的形式负载在TiO_2载体上,分散性较好,平均粒径约为120nm。将该催化剂应用于松节油催化加氢制备顺式蒎烷,并对反应条件进行了优化,结果表明:最佳反应条件为反应温度145℃,氢气压力4.5MPa,w(催化剂)=10.0%(以原料质量计),反应时间200min。此时,α-蒎烯转化率达99.23%,顺式蒎烷对映选择性为95.53%,收率达94.80%。
NiCoB / TiO_2 amorphous alloy catalysts were prepared by metal-induced electroless plating. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS, ICP and XPS. The results show that NiCoB is supported on TiO 2 as an amorphous phase with good dispersibility and an average particle diameter of about 120 nm. The catalyst was applied to the catalytic hydrogenation of turpentine to prepare cis-pinane, and the reaction conditions were optimized. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 145 ℃, hydrogen pressure 4.5MPa, w (catalyst) = 10.0% Raw material quality meter), the reaction time 200min. At this point, α-pinene conversion of 99.23%, cis-pinane enantioselectivity was 95.53%, the yield was 94.80%.
