目的:研究恶性青光眼对侧眼青光眼治疗的方法及其效果。方法:选取2014年1月至2016年12月在秦皇岛市抚宁区人民医院接受治疗的恶性青光眼患者60例作为研究对象,使用数字随机化法所有患者分为对照组和观察组各30例。给予对照组患者小梁切除术治疗,给予观察组患者人工晶状体植入、小梁切除术和透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障摘除术联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗后眼压和前房深度,并对两组患者手术后的并发症发生情况进行比较。结果:观察组患者治疗后眼压和前房深度均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且观察组患者在手术后的并发症发生率较对照组明显更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:恶性青光眼对侧眼青光眼治疗中采用人工晶状体植入、小梁切除术与透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障摘除术联合治疗的效果显著,能明显改善患者的临床症状。
Objective: To study the method and effect of contralateral glaucoma treatment in malignant glaucoma. Methods: From January 2014 to December 2016, 60 patients with malignant glaucoma who were treated in the People’s Hospital of Funing District, Qinhuangdao City were selected as the research object. All patients were divided into control group and observation group by digital randomization method. Patients in the control group were treated with trabeculectomy, intraocular lens implantation, trabeculectomy and phacoemulsification combined with cataract extraction in the observation group. The intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth were compared between the two groups after treatment, and comparisons were made between the two groups after operation. Results: The IOP and the depth of anterior chamber in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). And the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Intraocular lens implantation is used in the treatment of contralateral glaucoma in malignant glaucoma. The combined treatment of trabeculectomy and clear corneal incision phacoemulsification cataract extraction is significant, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
