The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Commission of Discipline Inspection has made new plans and proposed new requirements for institutional innovation and institutional guarantee of intensifying anti-corruption. China Petrochemical Corporation will earnestly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session, continue its efforts in deepening the reform of the anti-corruption institutional mechanisms and provide discipline guarantee for building Sinopec into a world-class energy and chemical company. Improve and perfect the system of punishment and prevention of corruption as the main line, and further improve the anti-corruption system. In accordance with the five-year work plan for the construction of a system of punishment and prevention in the central government, we will study and formulate a plan for the implementation of the work plan for 2013-2017 for the punishment and prevention system for Sinopec Corp., and work hard to promote anti-corruption efforts.
