由国家安全生产监管总局、全国总工会指导、中国安全生产协会主办的“新《安全生产法》论坛”十分及时。新《安全生产法》由全国人大批准于12月1日正式施行,这是我国安全生产的里程碑,是响应党的十八届四中全会“依法治国”的具体实践,有着重大意义。主办方要我做个发言,我想就安全发展理念和战略、综合治理的方针以及贯彻落实新《安全生产法》讲几点体会,与大家共同学习、提高。
The “New” Law on Safety Production Forum sponsored by the State Administration of Work Safety, the guidance of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the China Association of Work Safety is very timely. The new “Production Safety Law” was approved by the NPC on December 1, and this is a milestone in our country’s safe production and a response to the pragmatic practice of “administering the country according to law” by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. The organizers asked me to make a speech. I would like to make some comments on the concept and strategy of security development, the principle of comprehensive governance and the implementation of the new “Production Safety Law.” I would like to learn from them and improve together.
