党的十八大以来,我国集成电路产业规模不断扩张、出境并购快速增长、产业链结构更趋平衡、技术水平不断提升、对外依赖有所缓解,但也存在创新能力不强、产品结构不优、资本投入不足等问题。今后,要围绕重大市场需求,协调推动形成有利于集成电路产业持续快速发展的生态系统;要集中有限政策资源,突破产业重大关键共性技术;要积极应对战略性贸易政策,争取更有利国际产业发展环境。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the scale of China’s IC industry has been constantly expanding. Outbound mergers and acquisitions have enjoyed rapid growth. The industry chain has become more balanced. Its technological level has been continuously improved and its external dependence has been eased. However, its innovation capability is not strong and its product mix is not good , Insufficient capital investment and other issues. In the future, we should focus on the needs of major markets and coordinate and promote the formation of an ecosystem that is conducive to the sustained and rapid development of the integrated circuit industry. We should concentrate limited resources on resources and break through the key common technologies of industries. We should actively respond to strategic trade policies and strive for more favorable international industrial development surroundings.
