党的十八大以来,党对全面推进各领域基层党建工作,创建服务型基层党组织提出了新的要求。企业离退休党组织是党的基层组织的重要组成部分,承担着重要的政治责任和社会责任。创建服务型离退休职工党组织,对于增强党组织的凝聚力和战斗力,团结和带领离退休职工支持企业发展、服务居民群众、促进社区和谐具有十分重要的意义。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the party has put forth new demands for the comprehensive promotion of grassroots party building in all fields and the establishment of a service-oriented grass-roots party organization. An enterprise retired party organization is an important part of the party’s grass-roots organizations and undertakes important political and social responsibilities. Establishing a service retired worker’s party organization plays an important role in enhancing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the party organizations, uniting and leading retired workers in supporting enterprise development, serving the residents and promoting community harmony.
