外语学习中的学生自主性研究是个热点话题。强调学生自主性的外语学习中,教师的传统角色受到了挑战,因为自主学习实际上指的是学习者不直接受到老师的控制,他要对自己的学习负责,学习者离开老师的控制走向自主。学生自主性对教师提出了新的挑战,并要求其进行角色转换。可以把大学外语教师的角色定位为:教学活动的设计者;教学活动的参与者;教学行为的反思研究者。
The study of student autonomy in foreign language learning is a hot topic. In the foreign language learning that emphasizes student autonomy, the teacher’s traditional role is challenged, because autonomy learning actually means that the learner is not directly controlled by the teacher, he is responsible for his own learning, and the learner leaves the teacher’s control to autonomy . Student autonomy poses new challenges for teachers and calls for their conversion. The role of university foreign language teachers can be defined as: designer of teaching activities; participant of teaching activities; reflective researcher of teaching behavior.
