以巯基乙酸为稳定剂,采用一步法在水溶液中直接合成了水溶性CdTe量子点。以该量子点为荧光探针,基于荧光猝灭法对Ag+离子检测进行了研究。Ag+离子对水溶性CdTe量子点的荧光猝灭模型符合Stern-Volmer方程,其检出限为3×10-8mol/L。水溶性CdTe量子点对Ag+离子具有高度选择性,可以作为一种新型的Ag+离子选择性荧光探针。
With thioglycolic acid as stabilizer, one-step method was used to synthesize water-soluble CdTe quantum dots directly in aqueous solution. Using this quantum dot as a fluorescent probe, Ag + ion detection was studied based on fluorescence quenching. The fluorescence quenching model of water-soluble CdTe QDs with Ag + ions accorded with Stern-Volmer equation with a detection limit of 3 × 10-8mol / L. The water-soluble CdTe QDs are highly selective to Ag + ions and can be used as a novel Ag + ion-selective fluorescent probe.
