1975年应用~(60)Coγ射线对黑山棉原种进行了2万仑、3万仑、4万仑和5万仑等剂量的辐射处理,从M_1对早熟、大铃、长绒、高衣分等性状进行单株选择,M_2-M_3连续进行了主要经济性状的遗传规律和遗传力的初步探讨,并进一步研究了不同剂量和M_1植株不同变异程度与后代入选的关系。现已选育出比黑山棉原种早熟5-7天、增产26-41%、霜前花达83-86%的75269-1、75227等耐枯萎病的新品系,即将参加区域试验。
In 1975, ~ 60Coγ ray was used to irradiate the Heishan cotton original seedlings at the dose of 20,000, 30,000, 40,000 and 50,000, respectively. The effects of M_1 on the maturity, boll, plush, M_2-M_3 were used to conduct a series of preliminary studies on the inheritance and heritability of major economic traits. The relationship between different degrees of variation and M_1 plant variation was also studied. A new line such as 75269-1 and 75227 resistant to Fusarium wilt has been bred for 5-7 days earlier than Montenegro cotton, with an increase of 26-41% and 83-86%.
