利用热中子照射α-LiIO_3单晶产生的~6Li(n,α)t核反应,较细致地研究了α-LiIO_3单晶中Li离子在沿c向直流电场下的迁移,本方法可以非破坏性地、连续地观察Li离子在直流电场下迁移的情况。结果表明,样品中的Li离子在电荷量达到0.1C时,已渗入铝电极,约0.3C时已穿出铝电极,达到电极外表面。还得到了不同电量下,Li离子在不同深度的相对浓度分布。
Using the ~ 6Li (n, α) t nuclear reaction induced by thermal neutron irradiation on α-LiIO_3 single crystal, the migration of Li ions in the α-LiIO_3 single crystal under DC electric field is studied in more detail. This method can be nondestructive In a sexually continuous manner, it is observed that Li ions migrate under a direct current electric field. The results show that the Li ion in the sample has infiltrated into the aluminum electrode when the charge reaches 0.1 C, and has penetrated the aluminum electrode at about 0.3 C to reach the outer surface of the electrode. The relative concentration distribution of Li ions at different depths was also obtained under different power levels.
