在本次对比是研究实施的过程中,应用石墨炉原子来吸收光谱法和火焰-原子荧光光谱方法针对同样一块样品和矿石中的金来开展对比实验研究。在两种对比实验实施的过程中,主要通过测定方法、线性范围、分析速度、测试成本来评价两种实验。在实验结束后,就可以发现,火焰-原子荧光法的检出限於石墨炉原子吸收的方法基本相同。但是该实验的测试成本、分析速度以及线性范围相对的都优于另外一组实验。从对比实验就可以发现本次对比研究具有科学性。
In this comparison, the implementation of the study, the application of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and flame atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the same piece of sample and the gold ore to carry out comparative experiments. During the implementation of the two contrast experiments, the two experiments were mainly evaluated by measuring method, linear range, analysis speed and testing cost. At the end of the experiment, it can be found that the flame-atomic fluorescence detection method is basically the same as the graphite furnace atomic absorption method. However, the test cost, speed of analysis, and linear range are all better than the other experiments. From the comparative experiment, we can find that this comparative study is scientific.
