以欧亚种酿酒葡萄“丹菲德”(‘Dornfelder’)为试材,以同为欧亚种的酿酒葡萄“嘉年华”为对照,比较了“丹菲德”和“嘉年华”在植物学性状、丰产性、抗病性以及葡萄酒质量等方面的差异,旨在考察“丹菲德”在杨凌地区的引种适应性,增加杨凌地区酿酒葡萄的多样性。结果表明:酿酒葡萄“丹菲德”在杨凌地区的适应性良好,可酿造优质的果香馥郁的新鲜型干红葡萄酒。“丹菲德”在成龄叶大小(13.7cm×19.4cm)、单穗重(305.51g)和单粒重(2.65g)上均明显大于“嘉年华”;对葡萄霜霉病的抗性也强于“嘉年华”;感官分析结果表明“丹菲德”干红葡萄酒和“嘉年华”干红葡萄酒在总得分上并无明显区别,但在葡萄酒的香气方面“丹菲德”优于“嘉年华”;“丹菲德”葡萄酒的主要香气包括红果类(草莓、覆盆子和樱桃)、黑果类(李子、桑葚)、果酱和酸枣等香气。
