目的　探讨用细菌内毒素检查法代替热原检查法检测乳酸环丙沙星注射液的可行性。方法　将乳酸环丙沙星注射液按 1∶3稀释后按中国药典细菌内毒素检查法进行实验。结果　乳酸环丙沙星注射液 1∶3稀释后可排除干扰因素。结论　用灵敏度 0 2 5Eu·ml- 1 的鲎试剂对乳酸环丙沙星注射液进行细菌内毒素检测是可行的 Objective To investigate the feasibility of using bacterial endotoxin test instead of pyrogen test to detect ciprofloxacin lactate injection. Methods The ciprofloxacin lactate injection was diluted by 1: 3 and tested by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia bacterial endotoxin test. Results Ciprofloxacin lactate injection 1: 3 dilution can be ruled out interference. Conclusions Bacterial endotoxin test of ciprofloxacin lactate injection is feasible with the reagent of 0 2 5Eu · ml-1 sensitivity
