开展社会培训,是高职院校办学宗旨的一大重要体现,也是发展现代职业教育对高职院校的必然要求。然而,由于人们对社会培训的定位认识不一,对社会培训的质量要求不同,培训师资力量配置的强弱不同,培训单位的培训能力与社会需求的差异等,使高职院校的社会培训工作或者形同虚设,无任何社会效益可言,或者开展不力,无重大的经济效益可贺。本文以烟台职业学院为例,研讨高职院校如何开展社会培训,以期破解高职院校社会培训的难题。
Carrying out social training is an important manifestation of the purpose of running a higher vocational college. It is also a necessary requirement of developing a modern vocational education for higher vocational colleges. However, due to the different understanding of the orientation of social training, different requirements on the quality of social training, the different strength of the training of teachers, the difference between the training capacity of the training units and the needs of the society, the social training of vocational colleges Work or non-existent, without any social benefits at all, or to carry out ineffective, no significant economic benefits can be congratulated. This article takes Yantai Vocational College as an example to discuss how to carry out social training in higher vocational colleges with a view to solving the problems of social training in higher vocational colleges.
