胃肠功能障碍常发生于感染和非感染因素所致的危重病过程中,早期积极正确的治疗可获得较好的效果。反之可持续恶化为胃肠功能衰竭而失去抢救时机。所以加强对胃肠功能障碍的认识对危重病儿救治起到积极作用。现将2001年1月～2003年12月我科收治的76例新生儿胃肠功能障碍的病例分析如下:
Gastrointestinal dysfunction often occurs in the process of critical illness caused by infection and noninfectious factors, early positive and correct treatment can get better results. Conversely, sustainable deterioration of gastrointestinal failure and loss of opportunity to save. Therefore, strengthening awareness of gastrointestinal dysfunction play a positive role in the treatment of critically ill children. Now from January 2001 to December 2003 76 cases of gastrointestinal dysfunction in our department were analyzed as follows:
