连杆是发动机上锻造难度较大的零件之一,其工字形杆部截面形状和尺寸沿轴向变化较大。我厂在三吨模锻锤上模锻的连杆如图1所示。该连杆的大端剖分线与杆身轴线还成35°倾斜。它用于250军用越野汽车上,技术要求严格。连杆模锻件的缺陷主要是在工字形杆身上,产生缺陷的原因是很多的。我们根据工艺分析,并经反复试验,改进了工步方案和模具设计,并从模具加工和模锻
