奥地利汉学家、翻译家费之迈在1867年至1875年间,翻译发表宋代大型类书《太平御览》67万字。本文在研究其选译范围的基础上,对其选题原则、翻译方法等涉及150年前汉语典籍西文翻译的研究方法论进行研究说明。
Austrian sinologist and translator Fei Zhimai translated and published over 670000 words of the Taiping Imperial Examination in Song Dynasty from 1867 to 1875. Based on the study of the scope of its translation, this paper studies the selection of principles, translation methods and other research methodology that involves the translation of Chinese texts into Western languages 150 years ago.
