辅助性T细胞17(T help 17cells,Thl7)是机体内存在的一种新型的不同于传统辅助性T细胞1(T help 1 cells,Thl)和辅助性T细胞2(T help 2 cells,Th2)的CD4+效应T细胞,该细胞是由初始T细胞前体分化而来,具有独立的分化和发育调节机制。活化的Th17细胞通过分泌白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-17、IL-21、IL-22等细胞因子导致炎症和疾病的发生。Thl7细胞及其细胞因子在感染性疾病、自身免疫病以及移植排斥反应中发挥重要的作用,但在肿瘤免疫中的作用却知之甚少。目前已在人类多种恶性肿瘤组织及外周血中检测到Thl7细胞及其细胞因子的存在,关于Thl7细胞及其细胞因子在肿瘤发生发展中的作用,究竟是促进肿瘤还是抑制肿瘤仍存在较多争议,是近年来肿瘤免疫研究的热点。文中就Th17细胞并其相关细胞因子在肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。
T helper 17 cells (Th17) is a new type of T helper cell (Th1) and T helper 2 (Th2) ) CD4 + effector T cells, which are differentiated from naïve T cell precursors and have independent mechanisms of differentiation and developmental regulation. Activated Th17 cells lead to inflammation and disease through the secretion of cytokines such as interleukin (IL) -17, IL-21 and IL-22. Th17 cells and their cytokines play an important role in infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases and transplant rejection but their role in tumor immunity is poorly understood. Th17 cells and their cytokines have been detected in many human malignant tumor tissues and peripheral blood. Whether Th17 cells and their cytokines play a role in the tumorigenesis, whether tumor promotion or tumor suppression still exists more Dispute is the focus of research on tumor immunity in recent years. The progress of Th17 cells and related cytokines in tumors is reviewed in this paper.
