正确诊断脑肿瘤才能更好地对其处理和治疗。1H MRS是获得肿瘤生化信息的非侵袭技术,其对传统的影像学技术提供了重要的补充。对于非肿瘤性病灶和不易手术切除而需放疗或化疗的肿瘤性病灶,无创伤并准确判断病灶性质的方法可取代不必要的活检。本文目的是总结当前1H MRS 的应用:(1)诊断病灶;(2)肿瘤分级; (3)观察治疗反应和肿瘤进展情况; (4)协助制订治疗方案;(5)判断预后。
Correct diagnosis of brain tumors in order to better its treatment and treatment. 1H MRS is a noninvasive technique for acquiring biochemical information of tumors, which provides an important supplement to traditional imaging techniques. For non-neoplastic lesions and difficult to remove the need for surgical resection of tumor or tumor lesions, non-invasive and accurately determine the nature of the lesion can replace unnecessary biopsy.
