对于非常温工况的狭长空间,有时仅用通风的方式难以满足要求,而用细水雾进行辅助降温则行之有效。本文通过数值模拟研究了不同的喷雾量对降温效果的影响规律。根据相似准则建立了实验台,并将模拟结果与实验结果进行对比,结果发现,计算值与实验值吻合的较好,证明用模拟的方法研究类似的工程问题是可行的。在大量模拟计算的基础上,拟合了细水雾在狭长空间降温效果的经验公式,该公式的相关性比较好,可以为类似工程的应用提供指导作用。
For very long working hours, it is difficult to meet the requirements with ventilation only. However, the auxiliary water cooling with water mist is effective. In this paper, numerical simulation has been carried out to study the influence of different spray amount on the cooling effect. According to the similarity criterion, a test bench is established, and the simulation results are compared with the experimental results. It is found that the calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental ones. It is proved that it is feasible to study the similar engineering problems by the simulation method. Based on a large number of simulation calculations, the empirical formula of water mist reduction effect in narrow space is fit. The correlation of the formula is good, which can provide guidance for the application of similar projects.
