目的:运用近红外漫反射光谱技术,以标准中药材为样本建立指纹图谱库,对样品进行快速、无损的定性鉴别。方法:分别用三种数据块(原谱、一阶导数光谱、二阶导数光谱)在不同的谱区范围建立了金丝桃、蓝桉、楮实子3种中药材的NIRDRS指纹图谱库,对未知样品进行鉴别。结果:改善了采样技术和标准化数据处理技术之后,3种中药材能够唯一鉴别。结论:NIRDRS指纹图谱库的建立是可行的,该方法能更全面、可靠地反映待测样品的特征信息,具有广泛的应用前景。
Objective: Using near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy to establish a fingerprint database using standard Chinese herbal medicines as a sample, and conduct qualitative identification of the samples rapidly and non-destructively. Methods: The NIRDRS fingerprint libraries of three kinds of Chinese medicinal materials, Hypericum, Lanthanum, and Tricholoma, were established in different spectral regions using three data blocks (primary spectra, first derivative spectra, and second derivative spectra). Identify unknown samples. Results: After the sampling techniques and standardized data processing techniques were improved, the three Chinese herbal medicines could be uniquely identified. Conclusion: The establishment of NIRDRS fingerprint database is feasible. This method can reflect the characteristic information of the tested sample more completely and reliably, and has a wide application prospect.
